Q: Who is your favourite basketball player?

A: My all time favourite basketball player is Kyrie Irving or Natasha Cloud. They are both my favourite because I just love their style of basketball

Q: Which basketball team do you root for?

A: I got to support the raptors of course because I’m Canadian but I also love the Nets.

Q: Who has the best basketball uniforms of any college or pro team you like?

A: Baylor University’s uniforms are my favourite.

Q: What is your favourite basketball movie?

A: Love and Basketball is my favourite because even tho the main female character faced adversity she still pulled through and achieved what she wanted

Q: What is your favourite candy?

A: Sour patch kids

Q: What is your favourite ice cream?

A: Neapolitan

Q: Do you have a hobby?

A:  Photography because I love how you can capture a moment in time and look back at it and have a memory attached to it

Q: Do you have a favourite pregame meal before you play a basketball game?

A: Pasta for sure.

Q: What is your favourite basketball play?

A: My favourite is probably an and one. I love to see how hype the crowd and everyone gets.

Q: What do you love most about the game of basketball?

A: The way it’s always challenging you.

Q: Do you have a favourite memory from when you played in the CMBA?

A:  Probably when my team won U13 provincial gold with only 7 girls.

Q: What is the best piece of advice you received from a coach?

A: Nervousness comes for being unprepared.

Q: What is one piece of advice you would give to younger players?

A: Never stop working hard. Never settle for what you think is good enough. Have the mind set that you can always get better, stronger, and faster.

Q: What basketball skill is your greatest strength?

A: My 3 point shot.

Q: What was your biggest failure or adversity you have faced in the game, and how did you over come it?

A: Transferring to a more competitive 4A high school. I overcame that by putting in extra work outside of practices.

Q: Are you a vocal leader on the court or do you lead by example? Or both?

A: I am more of a vocal leader but I think I do both.

Q: How do you find positive ways to communicate with your teammates? To build team culture.

A:  I think when a team holds each other accountable and can communicate logic without people taking things personally you build the best team culture. So always being open minded and able to express yourself without bringing too much emotion into it is the best way to communicate with teammates.

A: Travel and then hopefully get a job as a physiotherapist.

Q: How are you training during the Covid-19 pandemic? To prepare for the next season.

A: The NJCAA didn’t cancel the season so we are still in season.
